Recently renovated 2 BD, 2 full BA 2nd floor condo located inside exclusive St. James conveniently located between Oak Island and Southport.
This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has 1 king bed in the master and a queen + twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Equipped cold AC, fast WIFI & Smart TVs + a fully equipped kitchen. Linens & bath towels are provided , beach towels are not
Enjoy easy 13 min access to Oak Island Beaches or 20 minute access to Southport for great seafood and shopping.
This unit is located on the second floor with stairs only. No elevator is available.
St James offer many designated fishing ponds to use, fishing map is available upon request. Please follow NC Wildlife Resources Commission rules and guidelines.
St. James Waterway Park: The Waterway Park pavilion is a covered facility complete with picnic tables, lighting, electric outlets, and overhead fans. Brick grills and a drinking fountain are also on site. Restrooms are available seasonally. Located adjacent to the picnic area are two playground areas and a covered pier with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Waterway Park offers two scenic and safe playground areas- one designed for children up to 4 years of age and a second designed for older children up to 12. Adjacent to the playground areas is a swing set area that can accommodate all ages. Hours of use are from 8:00 am to sundown.
St. James Woodland Park: The Woodlands Park contains a large, grassed area, a pond for recreational fishing surrounded by a paved pathway, and an amphitheater with terraced seating, perfect for concerts, weddings, and other social events. There is a small, covered pavilion with picnic tables and electrical outlets and bathroom facilities available year-round.
St. James is a gated community and you will be added to the guest list for duration of your stay. Beacon 315 restaurant is open to public and available at the St. James Marina.
Please obey all posted speed limits. St James security will issue citations for speeding. Owner's do have dogs, that occasionally stay on property, anyone with a dog/pet allergy should take note

Very clean and comfortable, across from clean pool and within 5 minutes to the restaurant. Hosts were very responsive and took great care of my 81 yr old Mom and me.
Already planning a return trip in the fall...

This property was exactly what my family was looking for. St. James is a quiet community which allowed us to unwind. The condo was a great size for our four person family; the kids had their own room (they loved the bunk beds) and we had a nice master bedroom.
We found the pool to be perfect. Before we came, we were afraid that the shared community pool would be crowded, but were pleasantly surprised that there was rarely anyone else at the pool when we went. At most, there was one other family (which the kids loved playing with).
My wife and I found that our favorite part of this property was the walk-friendly neighborhood. We found several fun loops to walk and enjoyed the friendly neighborhoods. We also enjoyed the walk to the playground near the inner-coastal waterway.
In summary, this is a GREAT property which will be at the top of our list for our next beach vacation!

Great location with short drive to the beach. Property was beautiful and well appointed! Pool was a great and welcome amenity especially with the kids. Board games were a nice touch! Short drive to South port. Close to local shops. Great place to spend time away with the family.

This condo was exactly as described and more! The St. James community was beautiful and so relaxing just to drive through. The condo area was nestled amongst the trees which created it's own little community. My family was excited from the moment we walked into the condo. From the welcoming foyer, to the relaxing seafoam color bedrooms to the gorgeous great room/kitchen, everything was fantastic. The decor was simply stated with decor that highlighted the beach life of Oak Island. The kitchen was a dream. The host provided numerous items not usually provided such as two types of coffee makers, a slowcooker, cookie sheets, cooking cutlery, etc. Items I normally have to bring. This condo is such a happy place full of sunshine and comfortable furniture, games, cozy balcony with a treelined view, along with a small swimming pool just for the condo guests and hosts. The host Jason was perfect to communicate with. He kept us informed every step from introduction to departure. We had the most fun and relaxing time!! Thank you Jason and family for sharing your lovely condo.
