For added convenience, the property includes a Queen Bedroom Water View with a private kitchen and family room, and another Queen Bedroom featuring a flatscreen TV, private kitchen, and family room, each 100 sq ft. Additionally, there is a 150 sq ft Queen Bedroom equipped with a washer and dryer. The Villa Bedroom stands out with its 400 sq ft space, accommodating eight queen beds, water views, a unique bed arrangement, a couch, Italian porcelain floors, and a private outdoor entrance.

Fantastic for the beach, large capacity house with expanded amenities and great views. Our group of 30 had no issue with the 5 bathrooms, three refrigerators, 60+ towels and other amenities. Would definitely return.

We had a surprisingly amazing experience hosting our clients in town for business at this eclectic beach house. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the eclectic decor and beautiful views of Lake Michigan and just 50 minutes from downtown Chicago. The house was not only well-equipped for our business needs but also provided a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere for our meetings.
The house itself was a work of art, with each room telling its own story through carefully curated collectibles and funky art pieces. We spent hours enchanted by the unique decor, and playful touches that adorned every corner of the house.
The house is huge and can easily sleep 20-30 people. Two of the large bedrooms have, “en suite” bathrooms with the shower, tub and toilet open to the room. At first, we were a bit skeptical. But, it was a whimsical surprise that worked out just fine. Everyone loved it and we fought over who got those rooms.
The outdoor space was just as charming, with cozy furniture, a couple decks, two separate roof top patios and a quirky outdoor shower by the hot tub that made us feel like we were in our private oasis. We loved listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
Laura, the local host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, making sure every detail was taken care of.
We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host business events or simply enjoy a rejuvenating retreat by the sea. Five stars fo sho!
