The home's unbeatable location lets you walk to the beach in the summer or to the slopes within a 20-minute or less drive in the winter. The entire home has been remodeled with luxury in comfort in mind! Inside, you will find a bright and sleek shared living space with a beautiful kitchen that includes a spacious kitchen island and a separate dining room with seating for 7. Unwind in the cozy living room while watching a movie on the 65” Smart TV, with the electric fireplace creating a warm ambiance. You’ll even find 2 sets of LG washers and dryers, perfect for keeping up with the laundry demands of large groups. When you are ready to call it a night the home’s 7 bedrooms are spread out in three different areas of the home offering a great separation of space for added privacy. All 7 bedrooms include plush carpeting, king-size beds, spacious closets, and individual heating/cooling units. Large windows throughout the home offer glimpses of Lake Tahoe through the trees and fill the space with natural light. Outside you will find a backyard as well as ample outdoor storage space to store all your outdoor gear. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor areas including a backyard and balcony, and six parking places in the driveway. The Neighborhood: Situated in a quiet forested neighborhood, the home places you within walking distance of a public beach, restaurants, and bars, so you won’t even need to get in the car to enjoy some great activities! A short walk down the road will take you to Waterman’s Landing/Patton Beach where you will find a cute coffee shop, picnic areas, and 2 places where you can rent every type of watercraft imaginable. Or enjoy a sunny day at the beautiful public beach Carnelian West Beach, an excellent swimming spot just a short walk from the home! You will find more entertainment and dining options just down the street from the house such as the famous Garwoods Bar and Grill, a wonderful lakefront dining experience, CB’s Bistro and Pizza for family dinners, Magic Carpet Mini Golf and Arcade for the little ones, and a 7-11 for all of your late-night needs. In the winter months, you are a 15-minute drive to Northstar or a 20-minute drive to Palisades, Tahoe. If Nordic skiing is more your thing, you are less than 10 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center, where you will find a huge network of trails for XC Skiing or snowshoeing. If a little less adventure is what you are looking for, the towns of Tahoe City and Kings Beach are both within a 10-minute drive in either direction. In both places, you will find major grocery stores, golf courses, small boutique shopping, waterfront parks, golf courses, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. This gorgeous home has everything you need to enjoy your perfect North Lake Tahoe vacation! Getting Around: Centrally located off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop, you can comfortably get by without having a vehicle if needed. A 3-minute walk will take you to the public transportation TART stop at Hwy 28 at Carnelian Woods or Gar Woods East Parking Lot. From here you are just a 20-minute bus ride away to Tahoe City Transit Center where you can connect to locations such as Northstar California Resort. For those with a vehicle enjoy being close to HWY 28 and the quick access it provides to the beautiful surrounding areas with just a 10-minute drive to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, and Brockway Summit Tahoe Rim Trail Trailhead. In the wintertime, you are a 20-minute drive or less from three of the area's best ski resorts, Northstar, Squaw Valley ski resort, and Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies. Other Things to Note: Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
