This superbly remodeled house in quiet forested Kings Beach Location!
• MAXIMUM ADULTS ALLOWED: EIGHT (8) ADULTS permitted
***Any guest age 12 or greater is considered an adult by Placer County.***
****Maximum Occupancy = 12 Persons Total BUT NO MORE THAN 8 Adults****
• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with additional fee and rules. $175 (plus tax) PER PET PER WEEK (Not Prorated). Please enter the number of pets and number of guests when searching for availability and the 1st pet fee should be included in the total cost of your booking (varies by booking site).
***If you have more than one pet or your pet fee was not automatically included, ADDITIONAL pet fee(s) will be requested separately after you've booked.***
• NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed.
• PARKING: Limited to 4 compact vehicles but there may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist. No street parking is permitted.
• DISCLOSURES:
*Must climb stairs (all bedrooms are upstairs).
*Garage has low clearance.
*Pellet stove in Primary Bedroom is not available for use.
*There are two security cameras on site. One faces the driveway, and one faces the rear yard (away from the hot tub).
This 2-story house offers lots of indoor and outdoor space for fun and adventure. There's a deck out back with dining and patio furnishings and a brand-new hot tub, as well as a basketball hoop in the front yard. Cul-de-sac road with ample space between the houses and immediate access to forested trailheads. Vibrant living room features a smart TV, fireplace, and plush couch and love seat that are ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or up on the slopes. The open-concept lower-level is both spacious and family-friendly. Dine at the 8-person table or chef-up a meal in the upgraded kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and mint-colored, vintage-themed small appliances and cookware. The laundry room and a half bathroom are also located on the first level and have quality fixtures.
All 3 bedrooms are on the upper level. The primary guest suite is the ideal hideaway featuring a California king bed, a plush, oversized chaise lounge and a smart TV. There’s also a writing desk for remote work, a private balcony that overlooks the forest and a bathroom with 2 raised glass vessel sinks and a tub/shower combo freshly renovated with black and pearly white subway tiles.
Down the hall, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a second newly renovated and slightly more spacious bathroom. The next bedroom is also a big room which houses 2 Queen beds and a smart TV.
Without a doubt, the third bedroom will be the one that the kids want to be in. Bunk room featuring smart TV, PS5, arcade machine, foosball table and a variety of other games. 2 sets of tri-level bunk beds, each boasting a twin, a full, and a trundle bed for a total sleeping capacity of up to 8.
