In the front part of the house, we find a cosy furnished porch where we can enjoy the fresh air on summer nights. Once inside the house, on the ground floor there is a large and luminous living-dining room connected to the back terrace, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary and also facing the sea. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them equipped with a double bed, sea views and a small terrace, while the other bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom located on this floor has a wonderful and spacious bathtub where you can relax after a hard day of enjoying your holidays. The third bedroom is located in the basement, which has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. In the basement you will also find a table football and a games area - everything you need to enjoy every moment of your holiday!

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the dining room (hot and cold). You can also enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the winter months. Everything is designed to make it impossible to be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

The village of Son Serra de Marina has magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy excellent meals near the beach while inhaling the sea breeze.
