Overall, our stay was wonderful! We had a small hiccup at check-in, but that was very quickly solved. We loved the location and the ease of the parking garage.the one thing that would be great to have in the bedrooms is a luggage rack.

Was never able to access the property. No key in the lockbox and couldn’t get the property manager or owner on the phone. Waited over an hour, stuck outside of building in 100° heat with family, child and dogs. Had to box a hotel over an hour away on short notice. The worst experience ever!

I had a rocky start due to my missing an email sent regarding instructions for check in but Joe was a true champ. He took all four of my phone calls without any huff explained exactly what I needed to do. The property had an underground garage and your spot is right by the elevator a bonus for carrying up your luggage. The building is a small property and so centrally located you can easily hop all over LA. The condo itself is very nice, clean and well maintained with everything you need. There were extra bed linens if you wanted an extra blanket. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. I would definitely come back and most definitely recommend. The space is very much as pictured and very clean and nice. One thing I noticed the bottles in the showers marked shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all filled with body wash. Which i luckily noticed before putting in my hair that was recently professionally colored. My primary disappointment was that the main reason i booked this space was because a pool was listed and i sent a message to verify the presence of a pool prior to booking because there was no picture of one. The responder verified the presence of a pool. When I sent a msg during our stay asking how to access the pool because there was no signage on the property regarding a pool, I never received a response, which led me to believe there was never a pool. But if your looking for a great space without a pool, this is a nice space. And definitely bring your own body soaps and haircare products.
