Our Door(automated) keycard did not work, took 4 visit to the reception and after 20min wait someone came to fix it. There is a pool renevation on-going, loud banging and drilling even early Friday 7am . In a hotel site, they should start later to let guest sleep. Our neighbors upstairs where dragging furniture most of the afternoon/evening or maybe it was the hotel staff?! Only 1 water bottle inside the room, got more after asking. No kettle or anything for tea. Room was freezing cold, the heating more for the AC did not work. The water was freezing cold. After running the shower 15-20mins it will warm up to lukewarm. Buffet lunch and breakfast was good. Breakfast had great variety with healthy option. Starbucks on site. The in-room dining was horrible. Public area and beautiful with gorgeous art pieces. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Little confusion with the booking when I arrived so had to wait for room to be made ready. But staff were keen to help resolve the issue and did so as soon as possible. Limited menu in the restaurant but what there is was in generous portions and full of flavour. Property is looking a little tired but everything was fully functional. Location is a little isolated with no attractions around it so you need transport.

Nearest decent food places is about 50 km away. Not much activities are provided and exercise rooms are found wanting. More than half of the equipment are broken down and non functional. The location of this hotel is very far away from the city. The staff barely understand any English. The rooms could definitely use a good deep clean as they are dirty and dated. I ended up checking out after just one night and canceling the rest of my stay. I definitely would NOT recommend this resort/hotel to anyone based on my personal experience.

I stayed there for my first night after I got married, the A/C was not working, and I asked for the repairmen but it took them three hours to come to me. The service was so bad

Check out very early and they didn't make me light check out, and Whiting long time for my bags to bring it to room, the bed not comfortable, WC very bad and no hot water, And nothing in the resort

The atmosphere was very refreshing and good to have a relaxed day . I think more staff is required .Also more activities can be added easily since the property have a large unused area such as tennis yards etc..

I highly do not recommend the hotel. There is no value at all for your money. I booked a suite but I had to wait from 6 PM until 7:20 to get my suite ready, even though there were not many people checking in. However, when I entered the suite it was dirty and full of stains from previous user. I complained to housekeeping and they told me it was acceptable. In reception they are very slow dealing with my concerns and wanted to compensate me with late check even though I told them there is no benefit as I have plane to catch. The only selling point for this hotel is the garden, which they refuse you set and enjoy coffee unless you order Sheesha!!!! I told him that I am willing to pay minimum charge but he refused and said you must order sheesha. There are no good activities to enjoy included in your room rate but the pool. Only one Resturant in hotel which is overpriced and not the best quality of food. The hotel needs maintenance even it is two years old. I got my car back from the valet parking with a lot of pigeons dirt. When I requested them to clean it out, they said we do not clean cars. In a nutshell, avoid this hotel as it was my worst hotel stay ever.
