Welcome to White Styles, a fantastic bungalow located near Marloes Sands, in the fantastic Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Set in its own private gardens, this spacious, detached bungalow is the ultimate family escape and an ideal base for walking, cycling, diving and wild swimming. There are pubs and cafes in nearby Dale and Marloes, alongside supermarkets in nearby towns.
Entering the property via the front door, into the spacious hallway which is the centre of this large property. Straight ahead is the main living room, with comfortable sofas, a stylish, contemporary wood burner and 42” Smart TV, for relaxing any time of day. There are countryside views for miles and there is a handy door straight onto the garden patio where you can sit with your coffee and listen to music playing on the Bluetooth sound system just inside or watch the wildlife in the distance.
To the right of the hallway is the large family kitchen with a warming AGA, arguably the world’s best cooking experience, and all the facilities needed to enjoy home cooked meals at the dining table in the centre of the room. There is a dishwasher, microwave, separate electric oven and induction hob, alongside a large fridge freezer. There is a handy utility room located just off the kitchen with a washer/dryer, and also a separate full bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Located between the kitchen and main living room is a second living room with sofa, armchair, Smart TV, piano and a selection of games and books for all ages to enjoy. There are countryside views from every room and this space offers a peaceful area to relax and read a book.
Heading back to the hallway, which has a handy cloakroom with WC, and to your left is the bedrooms and main family bathroom. The first is a king bedroom, the second a twin bedroom, both with plenty of storage for clothing. The third bedroom is a cosy double, with a walk-in wardrobe with additional drawers.
The gardens that wrap around the property have mature shrubs and there is a large grassy lawn for children to burn off some energy and a patio area with bench for enjoying warm evenings. There is a panoramic view over the fields behind towards the Dale Peninsula.
There is parking for up to 3 cars at the front of the property, which is accessed over a cattle grid. The garage is not accessible to guests.
Located in the rural countryside with the nearest property around 2 fields away. White Styles is perfectly located for a quiet, peaceful break to relax and rejuvenate. For those seeking adventure, there is so much to do locally, whether its walking, cycling, diving or wild swimming.
Nestled between St Brides, Marloes Sands and Dale, just a short car journey from each, where there are pubs, restaurants, cafes and some small shops. The nearest town and large supermarket is around 15-20 minutes away by car.
This property is happy to accommodate 1 well behaved dog in limited areas but please note a fee of £25 applies.
Leave shoes in lobby area. Ensure the house is returned in a clean and tidy condition.
We welcome one dog at this property, but ask that dogs are kept in the kitchen and utility area, off furniture and carpets. There is a dog crate available to guests if they wish to use it.
