The open back patio is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather with the outdoor patio furniture, grill and ocean breeze.
We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The sparkling clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The property also has a free washer and dryer for your use.

Getting Around:
There is a Whole foods walking distance in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

Interaction with Guests:
Primarily through the Airbnb messenger. We provide an emergency phone number day of check in!
