Claim Jumper #11 is a three-bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests.
Upon entering the townhouse, you will find the living room with an inviting wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. The open floor plan on the main level has a dining area that seats four and two at the bar. The first floor also has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and ½ bath for all your immediate needs.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor and have a full bathroom. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds. There is a full bath in the hall for all to use and the other full bath is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Up on the third floor, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds.
Amenities include ski-in/ski-out, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grills in common areas, mountain views, and is in a central location in town. The town fishing ponds are located across the street from this property, and the river runs along the side of the complex.
Each Claim Jumper has two dedicated parking spaces. All other vehicles must park off the property. Trailer parking is not available at this property. Please note that Claim Jumper #11 is not pet-friendly.
All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your stay.
**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.
