My reservation was cancelled. My credit card was in warranty and they cancelled it. By the time I arrived an entire group people of 20 people has to look for another hotel

The price was fair, location was good but at night you needed to stay on the main road or by the beach. We stayed here in 2019 and it was much better. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clean the staff were nice. Though, when we wanted to check-out and asked for our car, they had lost the keys. My dad spent 30 minutes searching for it among all the other guest’s keys. We had a plane to catch that morning so having this situation happen right as we had to leave was a bit stressful. I understand it was during peak holiday season, but they could have been more organized. It could have been a big problem because the car was a rental and we could have had another bill. I would suggest asking for the key as soon as they park it. That way there are no issues.

I end up arriving a day before and Comfort Inn was not able to book me in, therefore I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, same price and lot better, cleaner, friendlier, better furniture, etc. I think the Comfort Inn is in its "Comfort Zone" due to its location.

The telephone in the room was useless...could not even call desk. Towel service very limited. water provision for drinking was inadequate. I apologize for my own lack of Spanish language skills, bu for a hotel associated with the USA, desk employees spoke only words in English...fortunately my roommate spoke excellent Spanish. Employees were friendly and responsive to direct request, otherwise remote. All very different from my excellent experience with Comfort Inn in the USA.
