Just next to the private pool is a large outdoor stainless cooking center that is a perfect place to enjoy meals with the group. Find adventure exploring the waterway in the kayaks located just below the home. When the day is done and the group is gathered back together, the private game room will be the perfect place to cap the day off! This is smoke-free and NON pet friendly property.

The pool can be heated for $100 a day from September - May. The private boat dock holds a 40'+ boat.

The homeowner provides the vacationer with 1 golf cart for stays from Memorial Day weekend thru October 1 (minimum stay 7 days).
