Luxury ground floor apartment with spectacular sea views!
Only a couple of minutes stroll to the beach and Perranporth village centre. If you’re looking for something with a wow factor, this is the apartment for you! There is a public EV charging point in Droskyn car park, across the road from these apartments.

Accommodation information
Arranged all on one level on the ground floor, this apartment is modern, light and spacious. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has floor to ceiling glass doors across the front of the room with spectacular views of Perranporth beach and the sea. The lounge area has 2 large leather sofas, a modern flat screen TV and WiFi. One of the sofas is a sofa bed for families with 7 or 8 guests staying.
The kitchen is very well equipped. You find a fridge, freezer, hob, built in oven, microwave and coffee machine. There’s also a dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with an additional sink, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools.
There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and an en suite shower room. the other 2 bedrooms have single beds. One has an en suite shower room and a TV. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
All linen, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside
The large sliding doors lead onto a small balcony that looks over the lawned area to the front of the apartment and across the beach!To the rear of the apartment there is parking for 1 car.
The village is only a couple of minutes stroll away too. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Location
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
