The beach is non existent given its mostly reef from the shoreline. Other than that, i love this place.

The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept. The pool is good. However, there is no overnight staff to call if anything should you need anything. So make sure you have all the blankets and pillows before 7pm otherwise you'll just have to do without until the next morning.

The property had a grocery store less than 3 mins walk away. The beach was 2 mins away or less. The pool was amazing and there wasn't many people around.

We had a wondeful time at the Waipouli Beach Resorts & Spa. The 2 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront room was absolutely perfect. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and a safeway right across the street. The pool was perfect. The only probelm we experienced was that the air conditioner wasn't working in the fitness room so it mad e working out impossible.

We absolutely loved the condo/resort. Very clean and beautiful. Very spacious for our family. Enjoyed playing games on balcony. We loved the pool area and hot tubs. Able to walk to restaurants. We will definitely return to this resort!:)

Our 2 bdrm suite was perfectly situated on the corner with a beautiful ocean view. The suite was spacious and had a great floor plan. The pool is perfect for younger kids and the beach is very nice and was never crowded. It is pretty windy and although you can swim, there are rocks at this beach.
A big shout out to the staff - wonderful, friendly and helpful. Mahalo!

We loved our stay. It was so nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer! Right across the street from a grocery store! The beds were super comfy and the pool was perfect for our 5 year old.

This property was amazing! They have everything you could possibly want. It's beachfront and llbeach chairs and towels are included. Our room was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, with a pullout couch. We overlooked the pool and the ocean. The pool atea was like a water park with 2 slides. I just heard one of my teenagers telling a friend how great it was! The beach is rocky and the undertow is strong so I'd recommend a drive to the north shore for a better experience (at least in the summer). Huge thanks to all the staff for all of your help. We rented bicycles at the hotel; there is a great trail right up the coast from the hotel. Loved every minute.

Location was great, Safeway across the street. Pool is nice, shaped like a lazy river but not really a lazy river since you can use inflatables.

My family and I were surprised to see what great condition the room was in. Hotel pool was amazing. Staff were kind and responsive. Location was very convenient as it was across the street from a Safeway and lots of local restaurants. Also, it wasn’t far from the North and South shores.

This was a large vacation condo resort. I think this would be a good spot for a large group. We stayed for 2 nights. Definitely made use of the huge, inviting pool area. The area is just okay, especially compared to other areas of Kauai. The beach is so-so; the town has a strip mall feel.
The onsite restaurant, Oasis, and spa are not officially with the resort. They were both super pricey, but honestly I loved them both.

They do not give you extra towels said to clean them yourself. The lazy river pool was not a lazy river. A lazy river pool has floats this did not. Restaurant didn’t open until 4 pm. There was no pool side snack bar. You had to bring your own snacks and water. Way overpriced for just sleeping. Would not recommend
