Comfortable beds.

We could not stay as the room card reader was down and couldnt get a room key. Waited nearly 3 hours for resolution and finally left and found another place to stay. This was the absolute worse I have ever encountered.

This hotel is definitely haunted. We checked into the hotel and immediately noticed how dirty this place. When we got to our rooms, we could tell that the sheets had not been changed. The hotel carpet was extremely dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Definitely have stayed at better hotels, for a lower cost. I’m not sure if they have an ownership or management/staffing issue, but my experience here was not great. When I arrived a little after 10 PM, I checked in with the front desk and got my room assignment. I proceeded to the room given, which to my shock I found to be in disarray, and possibly with someone already occupying (but not present) the room, or had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Bed was a mess, towels on the floor, and a food box left on top of a dresser. I swiftly returned to the front desk to let them know, and was offered a different room. There was a half hearted apology, which tells me this isn’t a first time occurrence. Not even an offer to make things right or at least offer something for the inconvenience. Just an excuse that “the coworkers switched up rooms and didnt tell the desk”. After getting my new room assignment, I went to the 3rd floor to the new room. The hallway was missing a large section of carpet, leaving an exposed slab of concrete. Luckily this was just a few doors past the room I was now assigned. The new room appeared to be in better shape than the previous one, but didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned in quite awhile (found a plastic tab on the floor which would have been cut off of a new piece of clothing). This was a quick indication that it’s probably been awhile since a vacuum had been run in that room. Rest of review is on Google

Property was probably nice once, but is not well care for now. Pool is “CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE” and WiFi is “EXPERIENCING BANDWIDTH PROBLEMS”.

I would have given an overall 5 star rating, because over all the start was wonderful. I would recommended this hotel to my friends and family. However, I was disappointed that the pool is listed and it was not open for use for my whole stay and that is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I feel then need to remove the indoor pool from their hotel if it is not open for use/working order.

Quick check in and friendly staff. Breakfast was average. The property needs a lot of maintence and upkeep. It is falling apart. However, the room we stayed in, while clean, smelled musty and was damp. It was not a good experience. I am currently handicapped and because of this i was not up to changing rooms or I would have asked for a different room. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at Wyndham properties in the past and they were nice. Would not stay here again.

Listing stated 8.4 rating out of 10. This building should be completely redone. Pool broken, toilets broken, lights broken, exit signs broken, laundry broken, alarm clock broken, and everything was covered in a coat of dust. I tried to plug in my CPAP medical device and the outlet sank into the wall. Please see attached pictures. I also failed to mention that none of the doors lock. I had 3 rooms and we had no need for the door cards being you could just push the door open. No security. I really don't know how the fire marshal does not shut this place down. The AC was unreliable and dusty and the fan did not work in the bathroom and it said fan is silent on the switch. I know FOR A FACT it's did nothing. Elevator was broken. Just a blah.

The hot tub was cold and the washer/dryer was out of order but other then that we enjoyed our stay.
