How Sweet It Is is a five-bedroom, five-and-two-half bath channel-front home located in Murrells Inlet and within a short drive to the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and area beaches. It features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and an elevator. Seven TVs (firestick) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include four king-sized beds, one twin-over-double bunk bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch, a large yard, and a private floating dock. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 15

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants such as Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
