This bright newly renovated spacious condo is located in the Silver Rock building. There is a 45' heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and heated underground parking. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fernie Business License # 2577
This 3 bed 2 bath condo has 2 queen beds and 1 king in the master. The master bedroom also has a work desk. Each room is equipped with its T.V. for the ultimate comfort for you, your family, or your friends. The condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building and has excellent mountain views. The patio has a BBQ for your grilling adventures and the kitchen is well stocked.
Guests will have use of the entire condo, the shared hot tub, the shared pool/spa area, the shared gym and all common spaces in the Silver Rock building.

I manage this condo for a lovely couple who has a dog. If you have allergies please know that a lovely dog does come into the unit a few times a year.
- Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, alcohol, food, pets, or glassware allowed in pool, hot tub, and gym areas.
- No smoking allowed in front of the building by the front doors, in common areas, in the unit, or on the balconies.
-SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY at designated area currently benches by Rock Garden.
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Ski boots and snowboard boots are not permitted to be worn in the building.
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building. (If you are found to track excessive grime into the building you may accrue a fine)
-Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- The orange key fob is used to access the pool area, the gym, and the communal laundry room.
-The black fob and white key card give you access the to building and the unit.
-The remote or key card (opens the man door) gives you access to the underground parking.
- If any of the fobs, key card, or remote are missing after checkout you will be charged a replacement fee of $108 plus GST.
- Parking for one car is permitted in the underground parking, additional vehicles may park in the outside parking lot. You may have a boat in the parking lot for no longer than 14 days. The license plate must be registered ahead of time. If you have a trailer it may only take up one parking space. and not be attached to a vehicle. If you have a trailer longer than one parking space please park on the street.
Please note, that a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr. will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require steam cleaning.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $200 per bed if the linens/towels are stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
