The gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, while the covered front patio offers a tranquil outdoor retreat to relish the coastal breeze.
The master suite features a generous walk-in closet, ensuring convenience and comfort. With a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the third bedroom, there's ample space for family or friends.
Stay connected with high-speed Internet and four TVs, and relish the convenience of a fully furnished property complete with essential amenities like cookware, washer/dryer, linens, and cleaning products. With two parking spaces in the attached garage and plenty of street parking, your comings and goings are effortless.

No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 6 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
