ALL staff members are friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists who greet you, the restaurant staff and the cleaners.
Around the pool we were given complimentary shots of smoothies, watermelon and cold towels throughout the day, every day.
The breakfast buffet was one of the largest i’ve ever seen, so many options with allergy friendly options too!
The rooms are cool and kept clean daily.
Location is perfect, you are able to walk to shops and restaurants. We did hire a car but we saw loads of taxis and busses to get around.
Overall, a great choice of hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Good location. Nice hotel but could do with some refurbishing as rooms were dated in appearance but also doors were missing on cupboards/fridge, chunks out of woodwork etc. The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor/wall properly and leaked - when we raised with maintenance they said “please refrain from using it” which meant we ended up using toilets in other parts of the hotel and in restaurants/bars. The staff were helpful and friendly. The quality of drinks/food at the pool bar were clearly different for all-inclusive guests and pay as you go guests, which is frustrating when we have paid a large amount of money for poor quality food and drink items. Also, all-inclusive menus for food were restricted to certain times but paying guests could still have items for the full menu which was a strange system and confusing to know when we can actually order. Overall, decent stay but could be a lot better with improvements.

Staff are friendly . The hotel is clean and tidy . The extras on all you can eat are amazing . Choice of three different restaurants. Italian , sushi and an American style cafe . Definitely coming back

Reception was very helpful when delayed luggage showed up. The property is beautiful. Very convenient to shopping/ and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

All around ok, super bad cleaning and bad system. Deposit for table tennis, towel card with a fine that you would eventually have to pay, and things like that.

Napa Plaza is a beautiful all inclusive hotel with a number of restaurants, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool - better yet ADULTS ONLY!
Receptionists are super friendly, helpful and always willing to help. Special shout to Mamia, she was exceptional - always greeted with a smile and in my opinion, the nicest hotel receptionist I've ever come across in my travels.
When I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the helpful, yet amusing doorman Andreas (MC) took my bags to my room, which was kindly upgraded due to my gold Expedia status.
Huge bed, decent sized bathroom with great views from the balcony (I had the superior room with balcony and pool view).
Buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious, a little repetitive at times but very good.
Dinner reservations were to be booked in advanced on a booking system tablet at reception - very techy!
Didn't use the gym but saw there was an adequate number of machines and weights. The indoor pool was very cold!
Spa was really nice - they had discounted treatments during my stay so took advantage of having a deep tissue massage, which was sensational!
Only small complaints would be that there wasn't enough sun loungers and the lunch menu could have had more options but otherwise, my experience at Napa Plaza was throughly enjoyable.

it is in the center so everything is walkable, the beach is just 5 min and there are plenty of restaurants around

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, lovely relaxing stay in the middle of Ayia Napa. Inside the hotel was a chilled relaxing pool/bar area with nice low key music in the background. Ten minutes walk and you have a lovely harbour and beach.
Overall great holiday will return

We spent two nights in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. The air con was not the greatest. The rooms were very quiet - despite being near the clubland we enjoyed two good nights sleep. Bells from the nearby church could be heard early in the morning though. The staff were very friendly and gave us an information pack on check-in. The porter service was a nice touch, and as well as carrying the cases he also showed us around the room amenities and where to go for breakfast. As for breakfast, there was an amazing selection, cereal, pastries, cooked breakfast, yogurts, toast, cakes and hot/cold drinks. The cooked breakfast was not more warm than hot but other than that it was delicious.
