1. Packages will be delivered to the house door such as Amazon orders. Mailbox is not available, so guests cannot receive mail and small packages delivered by USPS.
2. For long-term stays lasting more than 30 days, we will request additional documents such as a photo ID, employer verification, insurance claim approval or background check, etc., to verify the purpose of your stay. Reservation will be canceled for unqualified renters. And we will send you monthly utility bills and request reimbursement for water and electricity fees.
3. Guest can use the whole house and yards except the following areas are NOT accessible:
- Locked storage understairs for cleaner use.
