The hotel needs urgent maintanance!!! The staff at the restaurant el Delfín was not well trained. We did not have the all inclusive and it seemed that it bothered the servers to have to serve us. I have been a server for more than 10 years and I know how to tip, but as soon as we would say that we were not getting the buffet, they would change their attitude. The hotels has at least 500 rooms and only one elevator was working. Front desk staff were the best of the best!!!! Particularly Teresa and Omar!!!! They saved our vacation! The pools is really small considering that the beach in the hotels is not an option.

Nice hotel, the beach current are strong but the hotel provides a life gard on the beach. if he is not there a security guard warns people if there is any problem. there are free chairs and tables provided by the hotel at the beach. hotel is very secure, walking at night outside is also secure. overall the hotel is very nice and the rooms have a safe and a small balcony looking at the beach. i recommend this hotel.

Great location right on the beach. Great views from the rooms. Room service could be better. We didn't get what we requested and they came in the room when we put the sign not to. Overall decent.

Pros: on the beach, nice staff, large rooms Cons: a little old

The AC didn't work in our room so we requested they change us rooms they send a repair man that just lowered the temp but didn't fix anything they finally agreed to switch our rooms to a room that wasn't even clean. Then they didn't clean the room for 3 days even after I would call & ask for clean towels or toilet paper. Room service would take our order but then they wouldn't take the food up & there was a no outside food policy that we ended up breaking cause of lack of service

Everything was awesome with Calinda, the only thing is that their version of A/C is not the best. I had to go out and buy a fan to keep cool. I also had a bad very bad incident with the security guard who thinks he is entitled to actually scream at the top of his lungs to tourist and disrespect them. Yeah that was a big turn off. The food is not all that great, after the second day it was the same boring stuff. No flavors nothing that will make your mouth watery. In all just get the breakfast included and walk out to find other places to eat. Trust me I was there for 5 days. The view is spectacular the bed is comfy and clean. The furniture is all out dated.
