Great experience and affordable! Loved feeling like home vs hotel experience.

The property is advertised as a “condo-style hotel,” which led me to believe we would have the convenience and ease typically associated with a hotel stay. However, this turned out to be a completely different experience. First, the location information provided on Hotels.com was inaccurate. Kasa operates multiple buildings, but this critical detail wasn’t made clear on the listing. We ended up parking at the wrong building because the address provided by Hotels.com didn’t match the specific instructions sent by Kasa after we checked in online. The initial misdirection and lack of clarity caused us significant inconvenience, and we had to navigate unfamiliar surroundings with our luggage to locate the actual building. Even after arriving at the correct building, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. With no on-site staff and no clear instructions, it took us nearly an hour to find and access our room. Standing outside, carrying our bags, and trying to decipher the instructions was frustrating and anything but the “convenient, fast, and easy” experience I had expected. The restrooms were dirty and the rest of the apartment looked like it was not cleaned properly. Overall, I feel that Kasa’s listing on Hotels.com is misleading, and I would not recommend this property to anyone

I enjoyed my stay at the Kasa on second in Austin this last weekend. We went for a family trip and the rooms for spacious, clean and there was plenty enough room for us all. The area around the building had lots of dining options and the parking was convenient .The communication up to the stay was good.

Wonderful location a block and an half away from The Moody Theatre, and parking accommodations make it very convenient. Nice room with an excellent view and a spacious kitchen.

The check-in process is confusing and there are too many steps. Give us bullet points with the important stuff. Its overwhelming The elevators at this property are horrendous. 15 min just to come back up to the room where I left something behind

Modern and safe apartment! Several safety features throughout the building to ensure only residents and guests have access to the residential area. The location is perfect with several restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in the area. Would recommend this place to all visiting Austin!

This hotel is near Colorado river, which means its a good place to take a walk and enjoy nature. I loved the safe neighborhood and easy parking. If you want to feel the charm of Austin, I'd like to recommand this hotel!

We wanted to try something different than a hotel. This was a great experience. Even though we did not use the amenities, we did enjoy the balcony. Definitely will recommend.

the view was excellent, you could see the river and the city, you could go running around the river just two blocks down, and a lot of choices for dining places walking distance. The room very nice, had everything you need, everything clean, comfortable bed, big kitchen and super nice balcony area.
