We loved this place. It was clean, cute, and located within walking distance of anything in Old Town, good restaurants, the Sea, etc. The accommodations are clean and modern. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. The check-in might take a minute for guests to figure out as there is no one onsite. There is a small shared kitchen with a larger fridge and coffee. There are only 4 rooms; so great for a small group to share or solo travelers/a couple. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice apartment. It was very clean and a nice size. We had a little trouble finding the building, but a quick text to our contact person and she immediately responded to help us find the location. It is very close (walkable) to the old town and restaurants.

The staff was very responsive when we had an issue with some plumbing. The facilities were very contemporary, safe and quite spacious.

Wifi was non existent It was so frustrating I could not connect with family or work or to help with transport It made the stay very inconvenient

When we arrived in Zadar they couldn't find our booking, even though we had contacted them in advance to get a cot for the child and to request a check in time (both of which we were told was ok)

Very good apartment with a super location to the old town. It says that its a 4 star Hotel, but in my eyes a hotel needs a reception and cleaning which wasn’t the case here - this is an apartment but a nice one.

The Zadera hotel room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Also an amazing location in the old Town. We would definitely recommend this delightful room.

Perfect location. Within 5 min walk to ferry, sea organ, restaurants and sights. Good size room with large spa-like bathroom. Highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was great. It was well located but still quiet. The room was clean, modern, nice. They don't have a front desk so you have to make an appointment the check-in. You have to be precise about it.

Good location but outside the crowds. House from the outside not nice. Inside beautiful. Room wasn’t made but we only stayed two nights and was ok. But for the price would have been an extra. Parking can be tricky. We don’t think to come back to Zadar.

Beautiful room with the perfect location! This accommodation is walking distance to everything you need, although parking nearby is difficult. In our room, we had a bathtub in the centre of the room - and I don't usually make time day to day for baths so thought I'd take the opportunity. Be warned that it takes so long to fill even just 1/3 that it's not worth it. However everything else about the room was just perfect. Air con, spacious, comfortable bed, blackout windows, quiet, with storage space and all you'd need such as coffee, hair dryer and a nice bathroom. Our host was welcoming and let us check-in early. There's also a shared kitchen space should you want to prep food. Highly recommend!

Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains making the room dark even when middle of the day if wanting a break. Had coffee maker, kettle, urning board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket if you wanted it, duvet which is nice with air con on, we were happy with it Service / check in was fine - just let us in and gave us the keys (limited English but all info needed in app and ‘rental guide’) Large lump under flooring in room 3 near entrance to bathroom and this room being nearer to front door meant we did hear other guests walking past at night or early in the morning which was a little disturbing, but otherwise very quiet Would be happy to stay again

We were very tired and we had to wait 10 minutes out in the street not knowing if we were at the right place for the manager to let us in. She also told us she would get us milk for the coffee in the morning and she didn’t.

beautifully designed room, very stylish. location was fantastic! literally a couple of minutes walk to everything. Inga the owner was incredibly kind and concerned that we enjoyed everything in the town at the best time. we drove there and parking was easy to find in the next street and pay for at a meter. This is not a hotel. it's a room with shared kitchen. own bathroom though and feels very fancy. you are given your own keys to get in and out of the building and room. Zadar was lovely and this accommodation was in the perfect to appreciate the sunset next to the sea organ. would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Zadera! I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the Covid-19 precautions taken to ensure safety and limited contact. The Accomodation is situated perfectly in the city and walking distance to all points of interest. The host was very wonderful and friendly and gave us many good tips and recommendations.
