We had an amazing stay for 8 days at Dos Angeles del Mar. The place is wonderful with lots of trees and a nice surrounding. Everything was very clean. The AC was working properly. The house has an own generator in case public power is down (during our case for almost one day !). We had a room with two queensize beds. The room had a microwave oven and a refrigerator to cool drinks for the beach or tours. Towels were changed every day and also beds were made daily. The room had a balcony, but we did not use it often due to the high outside temperatures and humidity during our stay. The house is located at a small hill with a nice view of the sea. Sufficient parking space is avaliable at the site. There are three restaurants in walking distance but the road to the beach is steep and since we were somehow lazy, we took the car. But if someone is good at walking it should be less than a 20 minutes walk.
Breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries, bread and yoghurt is included. Coffee was very good ! Breakfast room has air condition and is also very clean.
But now to the thing we liked most and this is definitely the host John ! We have hardly met a friendlier and wonderful person than him ! He took great care that we had a pleasant stay, we had so many good conversations during breakfast and he gave us excellent recommendations for tours, nice places for dinner etc. ! Her was present when we needed him, but never intrusive. Take care, John, you are the best !

We spent a week and were sad to leave, but will definitely be back.

We had not explored this area of Puerto Rico and enjoyed the central location being able see all the gorgeous beaches north and south of us. Loved having access to beach chairs and umbrella. Even though I believe the place was all booked due to Easter week, we felt as though we were the only ones there. Many days we had the pool all to ourselves. The beds were comfortable and shower was hot. On several mornings I would take an early walk down to Sandy beach and enjoyed walking on the sand. It was a great way to start my day. I would stay here again if I were back in this area.

Our host John made us feel completely welcomed! He was incredibly helpful giving us recommendations for places to go sightseeing, swimming and eating. The property is very well-maintained and our room was very comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view.

Fantastic place to stay in Rincon, great setup, would highly recommend. John is an awesome host, super friendly, and definitely suggest asking him about the area as his recommendations were spot on.

Dos Angeles del Mar was our base of operations for a first-time trip to Rincon. John, the owner, was a delight -- helpful, informative and friendly. The property is relatively close to the beach along a narrow road, an easy walk down, but a trek back uphill. Driving is better. Breakfast was casual and excellent (pastries, boiled eggs and a variety of fresh fruit). The pool is beautiful, meaning modest in size and a beautiful place to relax). The B&B is like Rincon itself -- casual, very pretty and worth revisiting.

The property is relatively close to the beach along a narrow road, an easy walk down, but a trek back uphill. Driving is better. Breakfast was casual and excellent (pastries, boiled eggs and a variety of fresh fruit). The pool is beautiful, meaning modest in size and a beautiful place to relax). The B&B is like Rincon itself -- casual, very pretty and worth revisiting.

John was amazing, so nice & knowledgeable. The room & the property were both fantastic. Beautiful area near the ocean with a couple of bars & restaurants. Our only complaint was just staying one night. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Rincon.

John is an excellent host, with local knowledge of surf spots and restaurants. We had such a relaxing stay, with a beautiful pool, and breakfast in the morning. Also, you can borrow a beach chair and walk to the beach to relax for the day. One of the best places to stay in the area.

John loves his home and it shows. He also loves to have people over and takes care of everyone as if they were family.
The pool and the setting around it is gorgeous - and you have to stay for the evening and night time, when everything around you goes nuts!!
Room we stayed in was huge and while basic, we didn't need anything else since we were just staying there to sleep over.
Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Location is perfect...everything is within 20m drive, but you can walk down the hill to get coffee, eat and sit on the beach, if you wanted to. Don't hate me when you go back up again at the end of the day :)
Next time we're in Rincon, we're staying with John again. If he'll have us ;)
