Midas is a great little pension that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, Perfect peaceful location on the rover but within easy walking distance to town, lovely view of the tombs and family service with a smile. Loved it and I will be back!

We received a warm welcome from the young manager and shown to our room. The hotel has beautiful gardens with its own jetty on the river looking straight out on the Kaunos tombs. There were plenty of sunbeds on the jetty and breakfast was taken outside under cover in the open and shady section of the gardens. The breakfast was "Turkish" and plentiful with unlimited tea & coffee. Afternoon tea was also made available to all guests at around 5.00pm. The staff and family were very helpful and obliging throughout our stay. The only negative was the shower in our bathroom which was a wet room. The shower was not very powerful and the room never dried out during our stay which made the floor slippery all the time. Other than that a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Ok so the rooms are very basic, but this is of no consequence when you see the beauty of the rest of the pension, the warmth and helpfulness of the Nur family, the sun deck, the river and the beautiful views. We loved our stay and would return in a flash.

Everything was very nice, nice quite apart to stay. The staff was great. It is a family hotel and everyoene was nice and helpfull. Also the breakfast was always good. You can order your meal for the evening in the morning if you want to eat in the apart. The center of the citty is 10 min away everything is reacheable on foot. If you want to make a tour by ship they will pick you up from the hotel. It is great!

Family run cozy place to stay. Flight was delayed and never checked in until 3am. We were greeted by the son to check in. Breakfast in the morning was great. The view was amazing from the dock. Well looked after place. Would stay again!!
