Last two times that been there with my family..the swimming pool had been close, the main door lock was damaged, and the worse is the 3 weeks had pass and the deposit had'nt be refund yet..even i have called them, they just say sorry,,AND is a miracle if you call is answered..and still waiting

It's was warm and cozy just a few things didn't work in the chalet for example the kitchen sink didn't turn on the balcony door didn't lock others than that it was ok

I liked seeing all the wildlife and it was very peaceful

The resort is understaffed. The office opened at 9 and closed before 1pm. The furnishings- especially the window blinds, need to be updated in a hurry. The resort is very quiet and peaceful.

It was great, everything was just wonderful. Next year god willing I’ll be back.

Property is very old and needs updated. The light outside didn’t work, which made going up and down the stairs to get in in the dark not fun. The kitchen was semi clean. There was spaghetti sauce splattered on the stove. The fridge was very clean. Sink was nice and had a garbage disposal. The dining room was average. Had a big table not much room to walk around the table though. The living room was ok. The couch and chair looked like they had been cleaned. However they were old. When you sat down on them you basically sunk right in and almost got stuck. There were 2 fairly new tv’s. The 1 in the living room had no sound for most of our stay. The sound didn’t work. Then worked for a bit and then wouldn’t work again. The tv in the master bedroom seemed to work fine. The mattresses on all the beds were extremely old. They were hard and not comfortable at all. I work up the first morning with a headache. There was Roku on the tv in the bedroom. However the Wireless connection was very poor and so the Roku couldn’t connect and wouldn’t work. They shouldn’t advertise that the villa has Wireless internet when the connection is so bad it doesn’t even work. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovations. There’s what appears to be mold around the shower. The other bathroom had a large jet tub, but didn’t look clean at all. Throughout the place there’s paint & wallpaper peeling. It’s sad because you can tell at one point the place must have been nice.

Enjoy this place with family and friends. Very nice place for value.

The woman in the weekend for checking in was not customer service orientated. However, the property and the cabin were nice. The beds were hard to sleep on, though. If we did live nearby we would join their time share.

The property is very old and out dated the jacuzzi in the bathroom had rust coming out of it and the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen was peeling. The sliding doors were dirty you could not even look out of them to enjoy the view and they did not lock. The wallpaper was peeling and the backs to the remote controls were all missing. I will never visit this place again.

Ive been coming here for years and i love it because its quiet and safe however the condition of the villas has been declining this last stay i discovered a blood stain on the mattress.the kids had to sleep all in one room and on the floor mind you it was my daughter's birthday. I sent an email to a Ms.Mills along with pictures and she has yet to respond Very disappointed

Very nice and clean staff was very nice. Need to be up dated a little . Very roomy and comfortable cant wait too go back and also shop before u get there for groceries and the falls are very close very nice ! I also went horse back riding. Game room swimming pool pool table tennis !

It was so peaceful, we have 4 kids, they love nature, and exploring, if you have active kids who always need something to do, this is not the place. We loved just watching the birds, had a few deer visitors, walked around the lake, it was very lovely 100% will be going back !

The property does not look like the pictures. The staff did seem like they tried but I have not received refunds as promised.

The property smelled so bad we had to buy lysol wipes and glade plug ins. The queen bed had grass and womens hair on the bed sheets. Very outdated. The pictures show ping pong tables, there are none. Shows game room none of the games are plugged in. The property appears abandoned. They do provide towels at the pool.

The property is cheap and cheerful. If you’re looking for a quiet, private house on the lake, this is a great place. It’s got a lot of wear and tear. It’s not fancy or well maintained. That being said, there’s nothing better than sitting on the balcony enjoying the quiet and the view. The deer are so tame they literally ate out of my daughter’s hand. My kids have fun in the lake and the pool. There’s not much else to do but that was just fine with us. Getting away and unplugged was just what we needed.

I went with my children for a girls weekend, we had a wonderful time. Bushkill falls was very close and lots to do there. The indoor pool at the resort was clean and fun. The villa itself was well worth the money and we didn't need to bring anything ( linens, dishes etc..) except groceries. We all had an enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be returning.

Extremely comfortable, excellent lakefront property, great view and great value! Are the houses old? Yes! Are they cosmetically imperfect? Yes! These houses are 35% of the price of Shawnee and other surrounding pocono house rentals however our house was perfectly clean and comfortable for our weekend trip. 100% will be coming back.

Worst experience ever i have in my life Air conditioning is not working at 90• fahreneit and nobody wants to even care about listening my problem

It was extremely excellent

We had a great time. There were plenty of animals running around felt like nature was taking advantage of the beautiful weather.

No sponge to wash dishes Brocken dishwasher Washed clothes but the dryer wasn’t plugged in and was told that maintenance only would come for emergencies so my clothes remained wet. Smudges on the walls Difficulty turning on hot water in one bathroom Knives were very dull No Netflix and limited tv channels. Far away from shops or stores.

Loved it

Our stay overall was pleasant but would like to point out a few items for improvement. The check-in process would have been seamless if the key provided worked. The website stated check-in until 9 pm but no one was present. The property path lighting was lacking and missing in key areas. The kitchen in our unit was missing some essential items i.e. can opener, pyrex ware, and baking pans. The property needs some upkeep.

Everything was good

The property needs lots of updates especially the mattress. Also, they need to informed you that you need wood for burning in the winter

Amazing place friendly people to deal with

Very close to Bushkill falls , problem was Bushkill was closed, no cable , still waiting on my security deposit, and very out dated house,and game room. Plenty of space but the dishwasher and garbage disposal didnt work , and we barely gotan internet connection.
