The place is comfortable and clean. Room and bathroom are spacious. The best thing by far is the owner, Liz. What an amazing woman. She is so friendly and helpful. She made my stay in Tonga the best!

The lady owner of this B and B was the most friendly and helpful person I could have asked for. If back in Tonga I would seek to stay here again.

We spend a couple nights here after our trip across Tonga islands. And at the Winnies we found what we needed so much. Just take a rest from the everyday rush at some clean and calm place.
Our stay at this family owned B&B was really pleasant. I would say the other accommodation providers in Nuku’alofa could learn a lot from them. I felt that I’ve got what I’ve paid for and it was not too common on my travels here. Fair enough! Because in most cases it was unnecessarily overpriced somewhere else.
Everything is brand new and you can feel the renovation of whole interiors. We appreciated usefull kitchen in our spacious room, personal bathroom and lovely fresh breakfasts. We didn’t miss anything.

Liz and her family go out of their way to make it safe, comfortable and clean. The price is extremely reasonable for the lovely rooms and facilities. It's not the closest to town, but it's only a 20-30min walk or 5 min taxi, and honestly it's nicer to be out of the main town a little bit.
Winnie's was my home away from home for a week and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Lovely and clean room, professional and welcoming host, well organised set up with a great standard. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tonga for business or pleasure. The rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos and i would definitely stay again. Malo 'aupito Liz and Mark for a lovely stay.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful and arranged transportation and tours with local reputable people. She gave friendly, helpful advice on what to do on the island. The rooms were very clean the bed and pillows were comfortable. I'd definitely stay there if I go back to Tonga.

The owners are so kind. We arrived with not enough Tonga currency to return to the airport. The owner literally exchanged our dollars for Tonga currency from her purse.

Wow!! Winnies B&B became my home away from home. The place is so neat, tidy, clean and so comfortable. The owner was just so hospitable, warm and kind- pretty much a mom. Nothing was ever stolen or missing and felt so comfortable leaving my stuff when leaving. The staff cleaned up after us and even did our washing so that when we came back we could just relax. On our first day we were so busy we couldnt stop for dinner but the owner asked us if we had eaten and prepared some traditional tongan food, out of the kindness of her heart. I truly appreciated it. I also loved the various and beautiful natural plants that were everywhere on the property.
I will definitely make sure to come back here at Winnies B&B

Wow!! Winnies B&B became my home away from home. The place is so neat, tidy, clean and so comfortable. The owner was just so hospitable, warm and kind- pretty much a mom. Nothing was ever stolen or missing and felt so comfortable leaving my stuff when leaving. The staff cleaned up after us and even did our washing so that when we came back we could just relax. On our first day we were so busy we couldnt stop for dinner but the owner asked us if we had eaten and prepared some traditional tongan food, out of the kindness of her heart. I truly appreciated it. The room has everything you need and is clean. Bed is super comfy. There was a power outage which Mark the owner greeted us with an emergency light bright enough to light up our room.Breakfast was provided in fridge to make at our own convenient time which was good if you have an early start or want to sleep in. Location near the hospital or short drive to town. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Liz and family.
