Property was very nice. The host was impeccable! There is some minor construction in the area but it did not interfere with our stay. Bright line train was a couple of blocks away and Aventura mall right across the highway. The accomodations were just what we needed.

Overall, a great stay. Property was well presents and everything was as per the photos. It is located on a reasonably busy side road with many cars braking in all hours - so just be mindful that this is located in an urban area and your bedroom backs on to this. There is nothing that the property manager can do - it’s just a comment. I would stay again if I visited Miami.

I spent 3 nights here with my wife and two children. The apartment is large and accommodating, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. This is a safe area, but not exactly walkable to area restaurants given the traffic, heavy construction, and roadwork everywhere.

Super clean, spacious and modern lofts. Location is safe, secure and not too far from South Beach, Biscayne, Wynwood, etc.

Stayed here for 3 days and I absolutely can say it was better than what I expected. Nobody bothers you it’s a very private place & nobody bothers you. I def would stay here again and would recommend to anyone . It was also very clean
