Close to local attractions, dining, and shopping, this prime Pensacola spot is ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Please note that this home is located near a busy road. You are within walking distance from Joe Patti's Seafood— a must-try local spot.

SLEEP: Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds. One bedroom is located on the bottom floor. Two bedrooms located on the second floor.
EAT: A dining area with two seat and a bar with two seats.
TV/WIFI: Wi-Fi is included, and there is a Smart TV in the living room.
BATHROOMS: Three full bathrooms. Bottom-level bathroom has a shower/tub combo. One ensuite bathroom on the second level has a shower/tub combo. The other ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
OUTDOORS: Fenced-in property with a balcony.
PARKING: Private parking at the back of the home. Follow instructions after booking.

At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. There will be a limited selection of spices and cooking oil. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. We recommend packing essentials like toiletries, an extra hairdryer, napkins, condiments, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

Getting Around:

Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city. In the Downtown and East Hill areas, VEO scooter rentals are a popular and convenient way to get around for shorter trips or to explore local attractions. ///Another great option includes the Pensacola Beach Trolley, a free service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority. Service dates and times vary from year to year./// Also, take the Pensacola Bay City  Ferry between Downtown Pensacola to Fort Pickens to Pensacola Beach on one of two catamaran-style vessels, the “Turtle Runner” or “Pelican Perch”.

Excessive Pet Hair: We appreciate your help in diligently managing any excessive pet hair to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
Outdoor Etiquette: Pets should not relieve themselves indoors, on patios, decks, or balconies. Please promptly clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so may result in a small cleanliness fee.
Responsibility for Damage: As a responsible pet owner, please understand that any damage caused by your Service Animal or Pet during your stay will be your responsibility.
