The location of the hotel is superb, the staff is very friendly, helpful and flexible, the beds are comfy, the room and the bathroom is nice and clean. The breakfast is more than delicious. Wifi is fast, so I could work while being there (even video conference worked well)

I wouldn't say that I didn't like - it was only a tiny inconvenience, but a shelf or a little storage for our clothes would have come in handy. But as most people stay there only 1 or 2 nights, they might not need that. We stayed there 6 nights, so I could have used a storage for our clothes. But nevertheless I would stay there again as we loved that place.

Great location

Thé hotel is quite old and kind of shabby, particularly the rooms. Breakfast was really average. Ok for a one-night stay but no longer

Room, bathroom, public spaces are all very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, even if not fully able to resolve challenges (see next section). Breakfast buffet selection is good and items are very tasty. There is an truly excellent restaurant on site "Havly". Dishes are incredibly tasty, cooked to perfection, presented with true love for food. All is made from local ingredients. Try to eat here at least once!

I was charged a rate about 50% higher than confirmed by booking.com. Staff person said his computer does not allow adjusting the high rate, he does not know what to do about it., check in is only possible at the rate his machine showed. Tried to reach owner on phone, but did not receive instructions how to correct things / issue a refund, even after two nights - owner was apparently on vacation. Resolved in a way by arranging "free" dinner at the restaurant, which turned out to be a good thing, as the dinner restaurant is really outstanding. Furniture, linens etc. are showing signs of wear and tear (but very clean and fully functional!).

Cozy room, very comfortable beds,. The breakfast was very good!!!

The property was easy to move around and just walk up to take a photo easily!!!

a small , old and clean hotel in a remote place.perfect for one or two nights stay. the behavior of the employees is excellent and they gave us a lot of useful information.

the only negative point was the walls of the hotel they are so thin that the sounds of the next doors or snoring of the people in upper floor could be heard completely so if you are a sensitive person about sounds is not recommended for you.

I have to check out early 5 am , kitchen staffs provide the breakfast take-away for us by leave it in the small fridge at the front desk, it shows us you are caring your client. we are very appreciated

Well chosen interior with eyecatching details. Welcoming and flexible with breakfast because we need to leave early for the ferry to Tromsø.

Small rooms and very outdated setup. Parking outside is free only after 17h.

The staff at this hotel are simply fantastic. They helped me with a problem beyond their duties with generosity and professionalism. They helped me on their own initiative with a problem that a foreign tourist would never want to have and I will never stop thanking them. The room is nice and the breakfast wonderful as well as the restaurant (the chicken was very good) but in addition to these things we must consider the staff who in this case were wonderful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location at the town center. There are parking slots infront of the hotel where you have to pay during the designated hours (be aware of the signs). The interior of the hotel is very interesting as it displays a mixture of modern art and vintage style (the last reflecting probably the history of the building). The breakfast was great with several selections.

Beds should be improved and TV could be added.

Hotel has very unpleasant smell both in corridors and in rooms. Rooms are small, old, shabby.
