This is a lovely property with a stellar views and a romantic hot tub for two on the deck. However, there are drawbacks. Walking up a steep drive followed by steep stairs, followed by rough terrain path with luggage in the hot sun to be told we could not enter the air conditioned apartment until we completed the check-in form, by hand, get passports out for info etc was frustrating and started us off on the wrong foot with this property. It could have been done in advance digitally. Anyway, we did a bit of cooking though limited conveniences in the kitchen. It is set up for coffee making with a small refrigerator, double burner. The welcome bottle of bubbly was a nice surprise and took the edge off once we got over the threshold of the front door. The upstairs bedroom and deck are sexy and watching the sunrise from the hot tub was definitely memorable. We enjoyed it for what it was but for such a highly finished property, the access to it leaves a lot to be desired.

This place was so nicely done.... every little thing was thought for... the check in and check out was really smooth... the place was a little bit of a steep climb but they even had a porter to help us out... I would definitely comeback and stay in this property... absolutely beautiful location and so nicely done from inside...

The villa was beautiful. It was difficult to figure out where we wanted to go because the Wi-Fi was out the whole time we were there.

I have stayed at many hotels world wide and this was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed! A little off the beaten path, due to its height you have an amazing view of both sides of the island. The property was very large with a 7 ft long tub and a rain head shower. Each villa has its own hot tub with a view of the ocean, great to relax in after a day of exploring the town which is a 12 min walk away. Great food in town to enjoy while passing all of the churches in the area.

Great accommodation for those who are stopping in Santorini for a visit. I would recommend staying for atleast 2 nights at this stay to really enjoy all this villa has to offer.

Beautiful property, highly finished, modern and bright, offering stunning sea views and all the comforts. The location is great - Pyrgos is a lovely traditional village, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fairly well connected to the capital Thera and pretty close to the airport. The villa's manager was very nice and welcomed us personally, despite our late night arrival. He was at full disposal throughout our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the property to other travelers!

Great place for a few days.I came here with my adult daughter to celebrate our birthdays. There are only 3 villas -we stayed in Villa U. The hot tub on roof is private and has great views of the island however I am not that agile and was worried about the narrow steps from the bedroom area to the hot tub on the roof but I managed by carefully crawling like a toddler but I managed. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine in the refrigerator and the villa supplied ground coffee in the kitchen area. The villa is very modern with great internet which we both liked. We did not rent a car but we worked with the villa manager ( via text) and he who arrange taxis to places like the red beach / dinner in town as well as departure to the ferry port. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again for a short stay.

Amazing! Came here with my wife on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Alex helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were super cool and clean. The hot tub on the roof was totally private and had the most incredible views of the island. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are many steps to get from parking to the villas, but the do provid a donkey for the luggage! We would definitely come back.
