A PV system is integrated into the slate roof and generates enough electricity to cover most of the annual electricity used. A solar hot water system helps to heat the domestic hot water. A full forced ventilation system with heat recovery is fitted to give very good air quality.

The first floor has three generously sized double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables and bathed in natural light. The spacious family bathroom has a double walk-in shower and a freestanding bath. With close access to the M27, historic Portsmouth harbour with its cosmopolitan feel and extensive shopping is just a 20-minute drive.
