Drawers must be emptied and cleaned out and all pots, pans and utensils must be clean. Fridge and freezer must be emptied out and wiped clean as well. $200 will be charged mandatory to clean the RV to make it available, clean and ready for the next renter. Cleaning includes, carpets, flooring, all coach vacuum, disinfection, bedding, towels, windows, bathroom, bunks, master bed, all surface & floor cleaning. ★IMPORTANT: You're still responsible to clean items used (dishes, pots, pans, kitchen, bathroom, etc) Otherwise, an EXTRA $125 "deep cleaning" fee will be assessed. This is your home, let's keep it clean, fresh and beautiful as you would your own home! Additionally, New supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, wipes, sugar, drinkable water, spices will be replenished. ✔️Any smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is not allowed and is prohibited. ✔️No deep frying or pan-searing creates smoke, intense smell, or splatters oil inside the motorhome. Bringing pets on board the RV requires permission. ✔️Max Safe speed 65 MPH regardless of the speed limit. No driving on the gravel roads or off-roading. Max 8 passengers in the RV while driving. No tampering with installed equipment. ✔️A list of other conditions is available on request and can be requested before booking RV as they will be presented for your acknowledgment on this site. ☆No pets. ☆RV is not equipped for off-road pads/tracks, sand, dust or gravel driving. ☆You will be responsible for any damage incurred in the interior and exterior of the Coach: Panels, front bumper, rear bumper, doors, step-on's, attachments (kayak, bicycle, cargo racks, scooters or kayaks for rental) roof ladder, undercarriage doors, body paint. Seats, mattresses, flooring, inside panels, sofas, dining table, dining seats, walls, bunks mattress stoppers, pillows, any electronics and televisions attached to the coach, this includes either missing or damaged remote controls, kitchen utensils (pots, pans, and others) ☆The delivery fee is one-way only. The pick-up fee is additional. ☆The maximum driving limit per day is 500 miles.
