Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 140 m² house in Clohars-Carnoët, 350 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shower room with WC
- A separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² garden
- 55 m² terrace with garden furniture and dining table
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Bellangenet and Kérou beaches 350m from the house
Tennis, Skate Park facing the sea, Cycling
Surfing and sailing (schools on site)
Sports activities every morning in July and August
Shows and night market every Sunday evening, Market on Wednesdays
These activities are close to : Lorient, Concarneau, Quimper

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. The public beach car park is also 100 metres away.
