Cwmfadog consists of an open plan kitchen/living space with a table seating eight, double oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, wine chiller, kettle, toaster, woodburning stove, Smart TV and a utility with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of 3 king-size rooms, one with an en-suite bath and shower room, and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms. There are 3 sitting rooms with plenty of space for all guests. Outside, there is off-road parking for 3 cars, a non-enclosed front patio with outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a barbecue area. You’ll find the closest pub in 0.1 miles onsite, as well as a shop in 4.4 miles. Gas central heating, electric, WiFi, bed linen and towels are provided. No pets and no smoking. Cwmfagog is a wonderful escape for families and friends seeking to explore the beauty of North Wales countryside. Note: This property is adjacent to the owner's. Note: The owner of this property offers on-site stabling facilities for those with a horse.

The small community is served by a service station with a shop, along with a good pub serving food. There are plenty of picturesque walks and cycling routes available, and the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains are within easy driving distance as well as the incredibly scenic Elan and Wye Valleys. A popular attraction is the red kite feeding station at Rhayader, just under half an hour’s drive away, which has greatly improved the number of these beautiful birds, which can be regularly seen winging on high overhead. All year round you can enjoy the various fairs and events at nearby Builth Wells and Llanwrtyd Wells including the Royal Welsh Show, antiques and craft fairs and the unusual challenge of the Man v Horse Marathon. A truly remarkable area of Mid Wales, and a memorable place from which to enjoy outdoor adventure in the beautiful surrounding scenery.
