Beach and water sports lovers will enjoy the estuary waters and beach at Rock (7 miles) and Polzeath (8 miles). Explore the charming fishing village of Port Isaac (10 miles), known for its picturesque winding streets and whitewashed cottages, famously featured in the TV series Doc Martin. Catch the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow and explore this popular fishing port meandering through the quaint streets and whilst there savour freshly-caught fish at one of the seafood restaurants or enjoy a tasty pasty sat by the harbour.

Traditionally laid out across three floors, the ground floor welcomes you into a hallway that leads to the heart of the home. Off the hallway a spacious room provides a dining area which is perfect for relaxed family meals, complemented by a cosy living space set around a woodburning stove. Enjoy entertainment from the Smart TV on evenings in. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a range cooker and ample room for meal preparation, with a breakfast table adding extra dining convenience. A rear door leads to the parking area, accessed via a few steps. Upstairs, the first floor accommodates two king bedrooms, one with a full en-suite bathroom, alongside a single room and a separate shower room. Each bedroom is individually styled with distinctive features. The second floor hosts a double bedroom nestled under the eaves, characterised by sloping ceilings and cosy nooks flooded with natural light. Decorated in a soothing neutral palette, this room exudes a warm and inviting ambiance.
Whilst there is no garden at this property, you will find a convenient parking space to the rear and a short walk of 0.2 miles will bring you to Jubilee Park which offers a play park, plentiful picnic areas and pretty walks along the riverbank.
