I was really surprised the Hotel was reasonal and room big and spacious..The staff is friendly..My only request for the owners microwave in room and breakfast was not hot bagels, yogurt, and muffin was a bit disappointed but will stay again..

Bed bugs, roaches and drug addicts

My wife and I stay in hotels a lot since we have business locations here in Houston and some in Dallas so go back and foward so we choose hotels at random yet , first time I actually stay in a hotel that my wife tells me she feels unsafe also feels like someone is watching her , she felt uncomfortable . I also noticed that the room was really dirty, would I stay again , no , would I recommend it , better places down the road or across the city so look around but no don’t recommend it .

Very comfortable bed & clean . No shampoo/conditioner/ lotion/soap. Safety questionable. Refrig needed to be cleaned. But overall had good stay & we were safe.

I didnt like anything about the property. There were several broke down cars(sitting there for sometime)on the property. There were young people laughing/talking loudly in hallways late at night. We were told on the first day that if we needed to cancel our reservation(we were awaiting medical decisions for my disabled son) that it wouldnt be a problem in us getting a refund. As of 10/19 no refund nor did anyone return messages(3). This incident has really discouraged me & my son.

The Summer Hill Suite is dirty and run down. I would never stay at this property again.

The hotel was filthy. All three of our rooms and both hallways had debris both in the center and along the edges. 2 rooms had dead cockroaches and the third had a live one. One room had a red and brown bumpy stain on the fitted sheet. The only reason we stayed is because we checked in at nearly 11 pm after traveling with our elderly mother and 6 month old grandbaby. We left the next day and lost the money for second night on all three rooms even though the both the night and day managers had said they woukd refund us for the second night. It was better to lose the money than stay another night.

Needs a remodel and better up keep not worth the price

This place is absolutely disgusting and on top of that they gave keys to my room to other complaining guests who wanted a new room so I had strangers walk into my room at midnight with a key.

There was roaches on the wall. The door didn’t lock and the toilet ran. I was awful. Run run never ever stay here. Ever!!! It is a scary place. I can even imagine eating food out of this place. You will probably die . Don’t ever ever ever stay here even if it is free. Remember run run

Where do I start? The room was not ready at 4:15 but the hotel was mostly empty (no cars in parking lot). When we were able to check in our bed was only made with a sheet, we found the bed spread in the closet and made our own bed. There were no cups, ice buckets or any other containers to hold water. No door knob on the bathroom door. The floor was moist and sticky. The smell in the entire place was moldy and gross. The "indoor pool" looked like a half cleaned toilet. No one available to tell our concerns to when we checked out and we waited at desk for 20 min. Oh and no phone in room. My parents live in the area and I have stayed at other hotels in the area and this is the only one that is bad. This is a great area but crappy hotel.

Sheets and towels were stained but clean. Shower doors were not clean. The pool/hot tub were "under maintenance". No breakfast only coffee. Halls were hot and with dirty floors especially the elevator door track. Roaches in the room. Uneven floor in room. Not as advertised.

This is the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Air conditioner wasn’t working. Moved us to a worst room. Filthy, roaches, bed linen disgusting, hotel smelled horrible. Pool hadn’t been cleaned in forever.

Absolutely horrible. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. We get to our room as soon as the door open roaches scatter across the floor. Some on the walls and everything. Immediately got me refund and gtf outta there
