Our renovated (in 2020) 3-bedroom apartment features a brand new kitchen and (2) renovated bathrooms across three floors. Each of our three private bedrooms house a queen bed.
Looking to get outside? We're a half-mile (
NYC is accessible by train in about 35 minutes (via direct train) on the weekdays. On weekends it takes longer as it requires a transfer to another train, or you can drive 10 minutes to catch the direct train from the Orange Train Station, which reaches the city in about 33 minutes.
The apartment is configured in a townhouse style and is a middle unit. Therefore, nobody is above or below you, but the side walls of the apartment are shared with the neighboring apartment. There are also two dogs in one of the neighboring units who you may hear every now and then :)
The unit features fast and free unlimited 200mb WiFi speed. The house features newer flooring, new paint, an all new kitchen, and (2) updated bathrooms. We also offer (1) off-street parking spot in an assigned spot.
!! PLEASE NOTE !! Although newly renovated, this is an older building which is typical for the area. The apartment includes two staircases that are a bit steep and may present a challenge for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs as none of the bedrooms are located on the main floor.
The house is cooled by window AC units.

Walk from the back parking lot to the front of the building. You will use the front left door and get the key out of the lockbox underneath the mailbox. Code is 2413. There will be 3 keys. 1 key to get into the main door, 1 key for the RIGHT apartment door and 1 for the basement door.
