Excellent location, very well positioned to visit the eastern part of Crete. The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could need, excellent collaboration and guidance with the owner, Maria. We will definitely return to the same location.

The villas was beautifully set in the hills over looking the mountains, olive trees and the sea. The view was exceptional. We were greeted by Maria and her team who showed us around the villa and were always there if we needed them or had any questions.
The rooms were all air conditioned, the pool was a little on the small side but big enough for two people to cool off.

Maria is awesome super helpful and super quick to respond! Facilities and amenities are in very good condition and it's got everything you need, you really don't have to bring anything else than what you'd pack in a carry-on. Close to the main backbone road so a very good location for exploring west Crete.

It was a great place to stay for our trip to Crete. We liked the rooms, the pool area and the common areas. We had a rental car and it was easy to visit Chania, Balos and the beautiful Falasarna Beach. Maria and her husband are super friendly, flexible and had a lot of great ideas. We will come twice :-)

Perfect Location (outside Kolymvari but less than 5 minutes drive), exceptional View on sea and olive trees, beautiful house with nice pool, very well equipped and full of amenities! Very caring owners :)

Nothing! excepted the road to reach the villa which is quite difficult for small car but you can park outside safely! So no worry!

The villa has amazing views of the sea and surrounding mountains as it is quite high up on the hill, however the beach and restaurants are within walking distance even with kids. The property is very private and in a very quiet neighbourhood.
BBQ equipment could be better, but we managed to arrange and have wonderful BBQs after a little effort and some shopping.

Everything was marvellous. The house is very comfortable and spacious, very quiet, brand-new, equipped with everything (including the basic needs for cooking and even more food as a welcome gift). The host (Maria) was extremely kind and helpful. We loved our stay, and we will definitely stay here again should we return to Crete.

The host were super nice. The property was very well maintained and everything was very clean. The hospitality was excellent. She has arranged for wines , fruits , cheese and all the basic necessities for breakfast. I can only recommend it

Perfect idyllic Place to explore the West side of Crete like Chania, Kissamos, Balos Beach, Elafonissi Beach, Falasarna Beach by car. Villa Theo ist a nice House with Privacy and a private Pool and a fantastic view! Maria is the best Host, she offers everything you Need. Best Place to Stay and explore crete West!

It is a beautiful villa, so comfortable with gorgeous views of the bay and the olive groves. The pool area is great to relax, have a bite and a drink. The villa is really well built, great balconies, nice pool. We loved how easy was to find the villa, and check in. Mrs Maria Prasaki was lovely and very helpful. We had a great holiday.
