Main House is 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus living room, full kitchen and laundry room.

Master Bedroom provides a king bed with an private bathroom. The large sliding doors give a great view of the backyard and river areas. The sliding doors open to the back patio.

Bedroom #2 is King bed and television. There is a hallway bathroom located next to this room.

Bedroom # 3 is King bed, twin bed, and convertible chair bed. Private bathroom and television are also found in this room.

Bedroom #4 ins located separate of Main House! This private unit offers a Queen Bed and private bath. This room is completely detached from the main house! Also known as the Mother-in-Law Unit or the Casita!

The entire house, Mother-In-Law Quarters, and section of the river are all yours to enjoy.
