Our location allows you to easily explore the most interesting area of South Beach: you will be close to all the action,restaurants and clubs while at the same time enjoying a quiet and more residential part of the town. Nightlife, beach, and restaurants are just steps away. If you plan to arrive by car we suggest you use one of the city's public parkings, since the building sits in a residential only parking area. . In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.

Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
