Welcome to our Saint Mary's home! We love to relax, unwind, explore and you can too. It's taken us a year to renovate our home, and it's now ready. We are conveniently located on beautiful Wheeler Street only blocks from food, fun, and historic sites.

Contactless entrance with keypad and Ring.

We are a pet friendly home with a doggie door, fenced in doggie run, and your pets are welcome for a hundred dollar fee.

Take time to relax in the shaded BIG CHAIR one evening, it's worth it!

Located on a quite street only blocks away from St Marys attractions.

Guests have access to entire home, Fenced in backyard, and outside spaces. Take a photo on the Big Chair and tag us. #stmarys603

We observe contactless check in/out. In the check-in instructions, you will have your code to unlock the door during your stay. If you have any issues opening the door, we have a Ring and can be contacted anytime by pushing the the button. Our phone number is also in the welcome book.

Downtown historic St Marys is home to many attractions, but whether you're on the go, or just want to relax, historic downtown is where you want to be.

Best way to get around is Golfcart or bicycle, but a short walk is always nice too!

Comfortably sleeps 6. Please let us know if you would like us to furnish air mattress for more than 6 people.
St Marys is pretty laid-back and so are we, but please be respectful. We love our neighbors and want to continue a good relationship. The city-wide noise ordinance states after 9pm is considered quite time in residential areas, so please keep that in mind.

Check in/out-
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on case by case basis. Please reach out and see if available in advance.

Security measures-
Ring DoorBell: For security reasons and to assist with any entry issues, we have installed a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance. Guest are advised that this device is strictly for ensuring your safety and facilitating access to property. Tampering with or disabling this camera is strictly prohibited.

House -
Please clean all your dishes, Take out trash, and do not leave food out/ wipe counters.

Please only use the white bath towels
provided to dry off. Wish we didn't have to state, but Please do not use white towels to clean. Please use paper towels. Sometimes we can remove the stains with bleach, but any towels/linens that need to be thrown out and replaced may result in a fee. For any unforseen messes, please look in laundry room for supplies rather than using white bath towels.

More than 6 guests-
We would prefer people not have to sleep on the couch over night. Please reach out if you would like an additional queen mattress put in living room. We can provide extra linens and pillows for additional mattress if needed. Just let us know.

Sundays- please take trashcan to the road even if checking out on Sunday. Trash pickup comes early Monday morning only.

Pets-
This is a pet friendly home, however, you
MUST notify us if you are planning to
bring your animal with you. We ask that pets not be destructive and not be allowed on furniture without pet blankets.

Pet fur is extremely hard to get out of
bedding / linens, and we want future
guests who may have allergies to not
have any issues with pet dander.

We reserve the right to charge a one time $100 fee to all reservations with pets.

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests that are not on the original booking. Please do not book our place on behalf of someone else if you are not staying with them.
