good breakfast, plenty of it; rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of hot water in the morning, staff seemed happy to help

there was no decaf coffee in the room [it was available at breast fast so I could have just asked for it]

Cleanness, the shower is so powerful, free parking, the bed, the room I stayed was very spacious with everything you could want, the staff was easy going, excellent AC. I have travelled for work.

Nothing to point out given price vs what I got. I was surprised.

The rooms were smelly and the corridors there was like a mould smell I couldn’t sleep the whole night. It brought my asthma on as there was a foul smell. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I kept changing the pillows around but again it was so uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep. I was just resting trying to rest. I would never be staying there again, even if it’s for a lower price, they need to upgrade their carpets or get rid of it.

Clean ,quiet. Good bed.

The location and breakfast. the junior staff was very helpful.

we reserved a holiday inn express. we were surprised to learn it was no longer holiday inn. our reservation was not honored. the manager was not helpful except to point out that we could rebook our rooms cheaper from booking.com than from him. the elevator didn't work in the morning so we 4 seniors had to haul our bags down 4 levels. the manager noted this was a common problem but offer no assistance.
