With 3 big rooms and big comfortable beds plus big living rooms it was a very pleasant stay with 5 people. Of course the pool is great. A plus is also parking inside the property. The most we enjoyed was a new huge TV with Netflix.

We had a wonderful time, the pool is fantastic and the whole check in process was very easy. We were even helped to rent a scooter. Looking forward to returning one day

Overall, it is a nice property and is largely as advertised. We especially liked the pool. Villa is located near stores so easy to get hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooking supplies, etc. We appreciated that there some spices on site! For grocery stores, "Food for Foreigners" have British products, though you can get a lot at the other grocery stores (Makro, Lotus). We got most of our house supplies at Super Cheap. Rossovivo Ristorante, Nang Naan & Hana Ramen are in walking distance and are good. Rawai View is worth a trip. As noted in an earlier review, there is a beach in walking distance but it is not for swimming. The "neighbor" acts as an onsite property manager and is quite kind. Her English is good enough to have basic conversations. She and the owner were flexible when things came up. One thing that could have been improved would be fixing the address on the VRBO site. The address takes you to a hotel. Fortunately, we were able to quickly contact the owner and work it out (though we got the address to the villa next door, which later became a problem for pick-ups). Check in and check out were not clear and we had to initiate the conversation. In addition, housecleaning that was promised but then retracted during our stay. We are still not sure why that was the case. We would recommend if there is not to be housecleaning every week, that there is a broom and other cleaning supplies onsite for the house guests to use. In addition, the villa has lots of lights but only some of them work - it is the case throughout the house. I imagine if they were all working it would be too bright, but there were times more light would have been good. These are relatively small points. The biggest issue was overall communication but some factors not working in our favor. 1. We do not speak French so we had to Google translate all of the messages and some nuance could have been lost. 2. We learned late in our stay that the owner had a significant death in the family during our stay. These might explain sometimes poor or late communication from the owner. For example, when registering our concerns about the house cleaning, the response was essentially "be grateful I did not rent this out to the Russians for more money." Multi-part questions were often not answered in a timely manner. As noted, extenuating circumstances could have accounted for some of this, but would advise renters to be proactive in communication.

Obviously the large pool was the highlight of the villa. The whole package was very good to include the cleaning of the house.

The property is as advertised. Clean and home like. Great place to stay on vacation. The "close to the beach" part is a bit of a stretch. The "beach" is more like a fisherman's cove. But the owner is friendly and will help with travel arrangements. The island is small so getting from one place to the other isn't too hard. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Ein wunderschönes privates Haus mit privaten riesigen Pool. Alles sauber, nicht angewöhnt, super funktionierende Geräte von Markenherstellern. Betten nicht durchgelegen. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Nachbarin Jang kümmert sich liebevoll um alles. Man bekommt Rat, Hilfe, etwas zu Essen und immer ein Lächeln. Lage ist unserer Meinung nach super, in einer seitenstraße und doch direkt an der Straße Punkt aber es ist kein Lärm oder ähnliches zu hören. Ca 300 m zum Wasser, wo aber leider lauter Boote Anliegen und somit ein baden und möglich ist. Aber Spaziergänge sind sehr schön. Bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es vielleicht sieben Minuten mit dem Moped. Aber Phuket hat ja so viele schöne Strände, dass es sich lohnt mobil zu sein. Wir können dieses hübsche, schöne, saubere Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, vielen lieben Dank. Tom und Martina + Freunde

The 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms clean & plenty of towels. Beds firm. Aircon. Big TV, Kitchen well apointed. Pool was clean & warm. Car park enclosed. Walking distance to great food. Good, quick communication with the owner. Thanks for a wonderful 4 night stay. Good value for the cost.

Die Villa ist angenehm, der große Pool ist das Highlight, dieser wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt! Für die Umgebung zu erkunden, ist ein Roller empfehlenswert, dieses kann reibungslos über die Nachbarin organisiert werden ! Fazit: die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

La Villa mériterait d'être beaucoup mieux entretenu. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Beaucoup de choses ne correspondent pas ou plus au photos sur l'annonce. la propriétaire est tout de même très à l'écoute de ses locataires pour arranger le moindre problème.

Alles absolut super, Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, Pool ist sauber und gepflegt, TV, Netflix und co. ist auch alles vorhanden. Betten sind groß und nicht durchgelegen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Trubels, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Bon cadre, maison confortable, voisinage très calme et sympathique. Superbe expérience à revivre sans hésitation !

La voisine est super gentille et serviable

Deux semaines de rêve dans la villa Kevin. Des responsables de la maison qui habitent en face très à l'écoute et Madame est une top cuisinière. Maison nickel, piscine nettoyée deux fois par semaine, environnement très calme. Lave linge tombé en panne pendant notre séjour et changé immédiatement. En un mot, PARFAIT.

Bonjour, je vous conseille vivement cette maison car elle est entretenue, belle, spacieuse, propre. Le propriétaire monsieur VUD a pensé au moindre détails qui va delà cafetière, fer à repasser, coffre fort, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, lave-linge... Allez vous détendre en toute quiétude !!!! Merci monsieur VUD pour votre location et votre gentillesse. A refaire et à recommander vivement.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit allem Komfort. Wir waren das zweite mal dort und es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Die Nachbarn (die liebe Jang/hegen und pflegen das Anwesen) kümmern sich um jedes Problem und sind total hilfsbereit. Auch der Vermieter, Herr Chirapa, ist jederzeit über E-Mail erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Nochmal vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit !!!! Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis noch !!!!! Beautiful house, nice pool, everything clean and super friendly Neighbors. They help you with everything! Area around Rawai is quite and beautiful and not touristy at all like kata or patong. But you still have everything very close, little Restaurants andere supermarkets. If you wanna have a quite day, Pool is perfect to relax, not loud at all. Also the landlord such a friendly man, we had very good contact to him! Definitely coming back !

The house was really as described, very nice, quiet and absolutely well equipped. With a car or motorbike you are really close to everything from the supermarket to the beaches and nice restaurants! It was a pleasure to stay there, organization was also perfect and I definitely recommend the house !

We spent three nice weeks in the house. The house is large, clean and well equipped. Pool up to our expectations - big enough and deep. Small 7/11 store is located across the street. In a distance of about 800 meters there is a large Tesco supermarket. Every Tuesday and Friday a market with local products is opened. But unfortunately - the house is situated in a place that far from activity life of Chalong. Not good restuarants, cafe and etc near. And the most disappointed thing was the sea - better to say an absent of it. In the description of the house we read about a wild beach, but we assumed that this means no beach loungers, umbrellas, etc. It should be noted in description that there is no Sea (just dirty pool). And the "beach" is a strip of sand with a set of mud and waste. But!!!! If you have a car or bike - it's completely irrelevant. As a 6-minute drive away is the beautiful beach - Nai Harn Beach. In my opinion the best beach in Phuket. So I can safely recommend this house to rent. The combination of price and quality - great. Friendly neighbors speak English (at least one girl) and can arrange everything you need: cleaning, taxis, tips for Thai food. Thank you very much for the trust owner of the house. We did not pay any deposit. I hope we left everything in good condition. Especially thanks for the transfer from and to the airport. It would be difficult and expensive to find a taxi. I hope that we will be able to stay in your home again.

Actually house more bigger than looks at photos. 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to Nai Harn beach. 10 minutes by walk to Tesko Lotus, fruit market. 100m to the fishermans village where you can take a boat and explore naighbor islands.
