Welcome to Bainbridge, a charming 2-bed, 2.5-bath upper duplex nestled within a three-story townhouse in Bed-Stuy. The first level greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and complete kitchen filled with natural light and high ceilings. Enjoy an access to the private deck and fenced-in backyard, and an additional powder room and a spacious coat closet.
Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer. The main bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a built-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a remote-controlled skylight. The second bedroom, also features a queen bed, a closet, and a comfortable sofa for lounging. An adjacent full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo serves this room. Located between the bedrooms is a dedicated home office that boasts a skylight, large desk, ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor, making it an ideal space for working from home. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment including the deck off the kitchen and the fenced-in backyard. (The front yard and the fenced-off space under the kitchen deck are for the exclusive use of the downstairs apartment.) The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
