We will give you the check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival.

This is NOT a party house, fines will be imposed (up to $1500 FINE). No noise in the patio or outside after 10pm. Noise monitoring systems are installed.
Other things to note
*You will be provided with full body towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

It is an area to discover in Miami, and you can live the incredible experience of watching iguanas, birds, fish and even manatees.

Please note that if you leave excess trash on our property, an additional $100 fine will be charged.

**We provide the BBQ, however guests must bring their own gas cylinder.

*We want to inform that our staff, has bought a plastic crocodile head for the pool, it works as a scarecrow to avoid wildlife to get the pool area dirty. We will post a picture for you to keep in mind, and do not panic in case you see it floating in the pool. Actually feel free to swim with it.
