Other things to note
This house is part of a duplex but has separate entrance and private yard with no shared spaces except the driveway. The driveway fits 3 cars however 2 of the driveway spots belong to the other family so you cannot park there. My home has one dedicated driveway spot and 1 dedicated garage spot for you to park.
