🔒 Security Deposit

Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for a $100 security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released seven (7) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.
