The Pink Palace is a vibe.

Our home boasts a fab outdoor living space that is private, sunny and truly an extension of your living space. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the Sunday Farmers Market, a multitude of really great restaurants and coffee shops and all of Leucadia's best local beaches for surfing, sunning and beaching.

Inside you will find a cozy living area, fully equipped galley style kitchen, 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and top notch linens.

Watch the sunset at Stone Steps (less than a block away) or at the Roseta fence (1/4 block away) or even better, have a little sunset dip or surf before rinsing off at home in the warm outdoor shower. Afterwards you can kick back in the spacious front yard, getting cozy around the gas fire place. Maybe you walk to dinner, pick up take out, or cook yourself a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen (or barbq).

Traveling with pals, or your family, we have a King, queen and a set of twin beds for your stay. Out back, you can take advantage of a quiet flex space (includes a queen bed and a full bath) with a work station and extended wifi for your zoom calls if needed.

We strive to provide an allergen free home with non toxic cleaning products, and no artificial fragrances or dyes. As such, we do not allow pets.

Note that our home is single story and is quite well suited for those with disabilities. However, there is not a curb-less shower available.

We realize that holidays are a time to celebrate and we are happy for you to host small get togethers with friends within the hours of 8am - 11pm (City of Encinitas quiet hours are in effect). However, our home has a strict no hosted parties/events policy. This means that we ask guests to limit guests/visitors to a max of 10 ppl (max of 6 overnight registered guests PLUS 4 visitors).

The Pink Palace is a non smoking property. Please refrain from smoking (vaping or smoking ANYTHING) in the home or within 20 feet of the home.
A $500 cleaning fee MINIMUM will be assessed for violators.

Lock box code will be sent day prior to arrival.

You can walk to almost all amenities (including groceries), however some ppl prefer to have the option to explore outside of Encinitas. As such, we would be happy to recommend local car rentals.
