The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of seating and lounging options, making it an excellent spot for morning coffee or evening conversations under the stars.

Inside, both homes feature fully equipped kitchens, cozy living areas, and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your entire group. Whether you're here for a family reunion, a group vacation, or just to enjoy some quality time with friends, our twin retreat offer the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness.

Located in the heart of Indio, you'll have easy access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Make your stay unforgettable at the Harbour Lights Twin Retreats, where comfort and convenience come together to create the perfect home away from home.

Guests will have access to both houses, including all amenities and outdoor spaces. Each house is fully private, with its own entrances, but you can go back and forth through the backyard to make coordinating group activities a breeze.

We offer 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. We’re here to ensure you have a seamless stay and are happy to provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities.
NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask to leave the property with no refund.

NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property.

No smoking is allowed on the premises, inside or outside. A $300 fine will be imposed if caught

POOL RULES: Please do not have glass around the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage of the pool to remove the glass pieces.The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving. You will injure yourself.

PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.

HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.

NO DELIVERIES: Please note that guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead.
